The cupcake craze has hit and I am at a loss to know why? A decent cook can whip up a dozen cupcakes in less than an hour - add a yummy frosting and a cute swirl or two and you have it. Now, real talent comes in when a pie is made... seriously it is about both the crust and filling made from scatch -- yum! Now PIE is something I can get behind. Viva La PIE craze!! Cupcakes are often missing the moist cake or out of this world frost ... never have I have the two in one cupcake.
